The Washler Construction Warranty was written in 2001. This warranty was written to give the homeowner warranty protection from their point of view.  Many builders use a warranty administered by an insurance company.  These warranties offer very poor coverage.  Most of these warranties define defects that are outside to realm of what most of us would call acceptable such as “a crack in mortar work isn’t a defect until it reaches 3/8 of an inch in width.”  Most mortar joints are 3/8 of an inch wide!  The Washler Construction Warranty offers coverage that is reasonable and expected.

The Washler Construction Warranty covers workmanship of the home for two years, the workmanship of the roof four years, and the structural components of the home for ten years.  Washler Construction has been known to extend these coverages for our preferred referring homeowners.
