Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards

Washler Construction participates in the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards program set by the Indiana Builders Association.  The Standards create a set of performance standards that the homeowner and builder can use to communicate, understand and measure each other’s quality expectations.  The standards are a great tool to clear up possible misunderstandings before they happen.

Service Program

Washler Construction has developed a service program to serve the needs of our homeowners as quickly and carefully as possible.  The majority of our business comes from referrals we receive from our past homeowners.  We constantly strive to cultivate the relationships we have with our past homeowners through our Service Program and our Client Appreciation Program.

Washler Construction’s service program is designed to take care of service work as quickly as possible and to strengthen the relationship we have with our homeowners.  Washler Construction’s service program treats our homeowners just like a current building project.  Homeowners receive weekly updates on the progress of their service items until the items are completed and the homeowner is satisfied.

Client Appreciation Program

Washler Construction has developed a Client Appreciation Program to stay in touch with our past homeowners and offer more services as their builder.  The Client Appreciation Program centers on communication with the past homeowners.  Once a month, a letter is sent to our past homeowners containing useful information.  This information covers a wide range of topic from tax saving ideas, home improvement information, to maintenance reminders.  Through the Client Appreciation Program, Washler Construction has loaned out tools and helped out with complementary services for our preferred homeowners. 

The most noticeable part of our Client Appreciation Program is a Client Appreciation  Party that Washler Construction host each spring to kick off the new building season.  This party gives us a chance to get to know our homeowners, suppliers, and sub-contractors in a relaxed social setting.  The party gives everyone a chance to catch up with our friends.
