Jeff Washler, President of Washler Construction, has incorporated learned life lessons into the framework of his company. Growing up on the family farm and beginning in the construction industry while still in high school, Jeff understands the value of “old fashion” integrity, honesty and quality. These values are the blueprint for each and every home he builds.

Washler Construction started in 1996 with the premise of “Building Friendships, One New Home at a Time.”   With almost 20 years within the building industry, Jeff just recently turned 33 years of age. This in itself speaks volumes about the success of this individual.  Before starting his own company, Jeff acquired valued skills by working both for a high end custom builder as well for a volume oriented track builder. From this experience, Jeff has balanced the process of field management and scheduling, while maintaining true quality and service into each home built.  This hands-on approach along with a Purdue degree in Agricultural Business Management, provides the framework to guide Washler Construction .

Jeff maintains a high level of superior products and procedures in building his homes, unlike the mainstream builders who only meet minimum building specifications. Standard features include: ½” foundation bolts; 16” on center framing for walls and roof; complete 7/16 OSB sheathing on walls and roof; R-44 attic insulation; insulated headers and exterior walls sprayed w/urethane foam insulation. This process allows for a “solid home feel” unsurpassed by the Fort Wayne area residential building community.

Upon meeting initially with each client, Jeff has the unique ability to fully understand the needs and desires of each customer.  This is further communicated to our staff architect, who then designs a custom home to fulfill the dreams of each customer.  During the building process, each client has direct communication to Jeff or any member of our team. Jeff personally involves himself by being out in the field on a daily basis.  Washler Construction incorporates digital technology by providing each customer an username and password, which allows them to view the progress of their new home on our web site.  Our team is committed in going the extra mile to achieve a memorable building experience.

Washler Construction maintains memberships in: The National Association of Home Builders, Indiana Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Fort Wayne, Builders Association of Northeast Indiana and the Northeast Indiana Better Business Bureau.  We support community groups such as: 4-H, Riley’s Children’s Hospital and Muscular Dystrophy Association. Jeff contributes his time as a council member for the DeKalb County 4-H Council. He is a professional dedicated in meeting the expectation of “Building Friendships, One New Home at a Time.”
