In 2003, Washler Construction started a program called Diamond Design Homes. These homes have been pre-designed and priced to fit the needs of today’s home buyers. Many of these homes are proven designs that have already been critiqued by previous homeowners.
When a customer decides to build with Washler Construction, they can choose from one of our floor plans, bring their own plans, or we can custom design a home to meet their own personal tastes and style. If a Diamond Design Home is selected, clients still have the option to change design to meet specific preferences in their dream home. No matter which process is utilized, Washler Construction will work close to give our personal assurance and commitment to help you realize your dream of a new home.
At Washler Construction we set our own standards on how we build each home. The same methods are used for any price range of home to maintain consistent quality. These general construction standards would include: exclusive use of OSB on exterior walls and roof; 16 inch on center for walls and roof framing; insulated headers; R-44 cellulose attic insulation; 12 inch overhangs; Anderson windows; and Bryant 90%+ high efficiency furnance. The difference in our homes has to do with design elements, size and types of amentities choosen by each client to meet individual tastes and desires.
