Washler Construction is a true custom homebuilder.  From 1997 to 2003 every home Washler Construction built was designed specifically for each homeowner.  2003 was the start of Diamond Design Homes, a program where we have taken proven popular designs from our past and use them as a possible starting point in the process of designing your new home.  We enjoy designing and building custom homes and will never try to persuade someone into fitting into one of our existing plans. 

In 2004 Washler Construction added an architect to our staff.  With the architect on our staff rather than sub-contracted, we now have more control over the timing it takes to design a custom home, the quality of the blue prints we use for the construction of your new home, and the cost of the design work.  Having the architect in house is a big benefit to the homeowners.

Washler Construction with your help we will design your home to fit your lot and to take full advantage of its features.  Whether it is a narrow lake lot, rolling walk out lot, or a unique sub division lot we can make it happen for you.  We have experience with the many different scenarios that exist.
